When my tee shirt arrived, I washed it and when it came out of the dryer there was a tear on one of the sleeves. I emailed customer service and the manager sent me a return email that same day. He apologized for the tear in the sleeve and said that another shirt would be shipped to me. In less than a week my new t-shirt arrived and I am very happy with it. I love the pattern on the shirt and the material feels very soft on skin. I would recommend this company to anyone that is a bbq enthusiast like myself!

When I ordered the shirt I changed the color from whatever was showing to Blue. The color I wanted. What I didn’t realize at the time was that the size automatically reverted to small when I changed the color. I received a small blue rather than an XXL Blue. My granddaughter loves her new shirt.

We ordered a 3XL seems cheaply made also we will need to line dry as it will shrink in the wash. I wear a womens large and it doesn't seem that big for me, hardly fit a man that typically wears a 2XLT or 3X
